When MJ first joined GOODWILL® in April 2022, he faced significant challenges. Lacking a driver’s license and essential employment skills, he was in a vulnerable position with limited opportunities. Despite these obstacles, MJ’s determination and the support of his case manager paved the way for a remarkable transformation.

Through unwavering dedication and perseverance, MJ achieved remarkable milestones during his time at GOODWILL®. He conquered hurdles by obtaining his driver’s license, GED, and welding certification, and securing full-time employment as a welder at E-Pak.
