Jordan’s Story
Jordan was referred to receive Supported Employment services, facing challenges that hindered his journey toward a fulfilling career. With very little work experience and a tendency to rely on others for decision-making, he dreamed of being a professional football player. However, he needed guidance to find a job that matched his qualifications and personal interests.
Achievement Through Employment
Jordan’s hard work and determination paid off when he secured a janitorial position at our Orrville location. This job not only provided him with valuable work experience but also instilled a sense of pride and accomplishment. He learned essential skills that laid the groundwork for future opportunities, setting him on a path toward self-sufficiency.
